I have started my Herbalife diet on the 6 February. So far its been going great, the shakes really fill u, and so far I have lost 5kg. The other thing I’ve done is cut out wheat and so almost follow a wheatfree diet. Its amazing I thought I would really miss bread.
I’ve also started gym in earnest and has a passion for spinning went for my first spinning class and fell in love, its tough but I stuck it out.
